ability to perform the duties of the position of a NONDESTRUCTIVE TEST INSPECTOR without more than normal supervision. Experience utilizing knowledge of NDT testing/techniques to verify that work performed by various trades complies with applicable specifications and requirements Experience utilizing knowledge of Liquid Penetrant Testing and Magnetic Particle Testing Possession and maintenance of certification in at least one of the following applications:
UT Shear-wave of Weldments, Radiographic Film Interpreter, or ET Heat Exchanges Tubing Data Analysis. Applicants must meet the requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Job Qualification Handbook for Trades and Labor Occupations. Additional qualification information can be found at:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
