Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or (NH-03) pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector Formulating and establishing international program goals and objectives; developing foreign affairs resource estimates and resource allocations; AND serving as the International Program's senior advisor for security cooperation and strategic planning related issues.
