SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-3 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector sector providing expert level advice and counsel to all members of a major program. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
expert level knowledge of defense acquisition policies and procedures, accepted program management practices, and a sound understanding of issues dealing with workforce recruitment, training, qualification/certification, and professional development.
