Servicenow Technical Consultant

ServiceNow Technical Consultant Cask is looking for a Technical Consultant to join their growing Federal ServiceNow Delivery Team. This position will be responsible for leveraging IT Service Management and other IT Practices to optimize, transform, and ensure efficient and effective implementation of the ServiceNow platform and applications in support of one of our clients located in Washington, D.C. Responsibilities and Duties o Assist in gathering and/or reviewing clients process requirements and assisting on how they map to ServiceNow, driving platform expansion and adoption o Scope solution requirements and configure solutions around the ServiceNow platform to meet customer needs and project deliverables o Consider dependencies, relationships, and integration points to ensure proper solution integration with other systems when applicable o Assist the customer with organizing and prioritizing ServiceNow configuration efforts o Perform design work sessions and produce deliverables, including mock-ups, flow diagrams, etc. o Assist customers with proof-of-concept activities o Assist customers with understanding the ServiceNow platform and Agile approaches o Maintain high level of client satisfaction o Identify new opportunities to provide additional value to clients and improve business Performance o Provide input on statements of work to help ensure appropriate level of effort o Participate in growing and enhancing internal process for successful client delivery o Enable business efforts through development of intellectual property (IP) Required Skills o 3+ years of functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform o Experience working with the Department of Defense Components (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) o Functional knowledge and implementation experience related to JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Jelly or similar technologies o 5+ years of experience in SaaS software configuration and/or development o Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and demonstrated project management skills and experience working directly with customers and clients o Experience building and coding Configuration Management Databases (CMDB) o Working knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services o Working knowledge of remote administration via SSH, SNMP, WMI or PowerShell o Working knowledge of relational databases o Working knowledge of systems and network performance and availability monitoring and analysis as well as configuration management o Understanding of IT help desk and service management along with good understanding of the ITIL framework including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and/or Service Desk. o Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas and processes to stakeholders with varying levels of technological experience o Experience managing technical teams in complex, dynamic environments; collaborating with and managing teams across multiple projects o Experience dealing with technical end-users in a support role o Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel o ServiceNow Certified System Implementation Specialist Certification Desired Skills o ServiceNow Certified System Implementation Specialist Certification: Project Portfolio Management (PPM) o ITIL V3 Certification(s) o Experience with Auditing and Compliance, and/or GRC applications as it relates to best practice frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, HIPPA, PCI and others

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
