Program Analyst - Systems Acquisition Manager


Responsibilities:
Kforce has a client in search of a Program Analyst - Systems Acquisition Manager in Stafford, Virginia (VA).
Primary duties will include (but not limited to):
Identify and prioritize short/long term funding requirements; provide input to obligation plans, Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), R-Forms, P-forms, C-Forms, the Long Range Research and Development Plan (LRRDP) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Prepare impact statements in response to proposed decrements Formulate Acquisition program objectives, plans, milestone schedules and analyzed resource requirements Satisfy Acquisition Category (ACAT) reporting requirements to include Selected Acquisition Report (SAR), Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES), and Monthly Acquisition Program Reports (MAPRs), as required Conducts detailed planning and establish Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) related to the CSP Payload acquisition program, managing and directing a wide variety of projects and tasks Oversee the creation, staffing, and approval of all required acquisition documentation in accordance with current DoD (to include DoD 5000.

2), DA, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and local policy as they apply to the Program of Record (POR) Develop acquisition program documentation, to include the Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Plan, Acquisition Program Baseline (APB) and Test & Evaluation Master Plan Develops plans, objectives, and metrics for assigned systems acquisition projects, tracking assigned program's cost, schedule, and performance throughout their life cycle and providing regular status reports and briefs to the PdM and other stakeholders Communicate and coordinate with other related Systems Acquisitions Managers, Product Managers, Project Managers, matrix support organizations, user communities, higher level staff organizations, other government agencies, and contractor partners in support of the program execution REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Minimum of 20 years of experience managing government programs Four additional years of related experience will substitute for Bachelor's degree Project Management Certification, (e.
g.
DAU Program Management Level III or PMP preferred) Expertise in DoD Acquisition and Life-Cycle Management policies and procedures including DoD 5000 series and service-specific guidance Must be able to work independently Must be detail oriented and organized Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time Expertise in the principles and practices of program management Proficiency in the substantive nature of programs and the analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing program development or execution Expert ability to research, analyze, and evaluated information Expert ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing Proficiency with Microsoft Office Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
