Responsibilities:
Provides detailed analysis and development of programmatic information, documents and strategy in areas relevant to the project. Uses knowledge of acquisition policies, regulations, plans, methods, procedures in development of programmatic documentation. Determines program objectives and requirements and develops standards and guides. Makes strategy recommendations and resolves complex problems. Assists in the successful completion of major programs. Prepares both written and oral reports for the management team and Government representatives, including the Government CO and COR. This is a full time position. Qualifications (Minimum):
Labor category has three years of experience as well as a BA/BS Bachelor degree or a minimum of 10 years of experience without a degree. This labor category typically performs all functional duties independently. (Preferred):
Supplemental Certifications:
DAWIA Level II certification in requisite field or civilian equivalent. 5 years' experience supporting PM AC2SN acquisition projects or similar ACAT MAIS programs; Experience in supporting the following USMC weapons platforms:
CAC2S, MTAOM, CTN, TBMCS, C2AOS-C2IS, CDLS, JRE, TPS-59, G/ATOR, TPS-63, MIDS, and/or associated support equipment.
Qualifications
BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Supply, Management or related scientific or technical discipline from an accredited college. 15 years of USMC experience in air command and control or maintenance can be substituted for a BS/BA.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Marine Corps acquisitions process for ACAT III to ACAT 1 MAIS Programs.
Experience and knowledge with USMC Acquisitions Process. General working knowledge of applications such as Microsoft Office Products, to include MS Project; Capable of performing tasks related to creating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules, performing Risk, Issue, and Opportunity Management using the Risk Exchange tool, supporting Assistant Secretary of the Navy Research, Development, and Acquisition (ASN RD&A) Information System (RDAIS) reporting, developing and updating information for Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Naval Probability of Program Success (PoPS) Assessments, and maintaining access to the DoD's Defense Acquisition Management Information Retrieval (DAMIR) database to assist with ACAT 1 program reporting. Perform document management/archiving for essential program information (briefs, contract information, documents, etc.) using SharePoint for the Marine Enterprises Information Technology Services (MCEITS).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
