Continental US What You ll Get to DoAs the Deputy Program Manager, you ll get to work side-by-side with some of the most knowledgeable and dedicated team members in the DoD supply chain management field to sustain and enhance a large Oracle E-Business Suite ERP system supporting the USMC s total force logistics.
This position has direct customer interaction and leads the execution of program goals and objectives.
You ll learn the customer s business firsthand and contribute to technology roadmaps that align customer requirements with industry advancements and next generation capabilities.
This is a fast-paced work environment that directly supports US Marine Corps operations and readiness worldwide.
More About the RoleCoordinate with the program manager on all program and CACI business activities.
Manage day-to-day execution and collaborate across the PMO and leadership team to execute objectives.
Lead a large team of professionals in modernizing our customer s IT systems to achieve better business results.
Participate in roadmap discussions and incorporate industry experience in to solutions and proposed improvements.
Contribute to financial reviews for staffing, invoicing, and meeting CACI financial objectives.
Partner with the PM and Business Operations Lead to identify opportunities and mitigate risk to create sustainable program growth.
You ll Bring These Qualifications7-10 years of DoD logistics, supply chain, and maintenance experience.
7-10 years of IT system development, sustainment, operations, and modernization.
Project management expertise for planning, executing, and completing large scale projects across multiple teams.
People management skills needed to lead a diverse team of experts across both technical and non-technical roles.
History of increasing roles and responsibilities that promote leadership and technical acumen.
Financial management skills and an understanding of business drivers and revenue generators.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate plans and strategies to executive level positions.
