Counterintelligence Training Center SME - 2023-3744 with Security Clearance
Description.
o Provide ISD-certified instructors to Government agencies who design professional courses with continual feedback and revisions to meet evolving CI topics and threats;o Facilitate CI-related training utilizing in-person and/or virtual means, including Blackboard or other digital applications;o Develop course curriculum using a variety of teaching and learning strategies for specific CI training eventso Design and create multimedia training materials; Develop practical exercise scenarios Qualifications.
o Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university;o Minimum of ten years experience working on national security matters;o Minimum of five years working counterintelligence investigation experience, including extensive involvement in counterintelligence, counterproliferation/technology transfer, criminal, or cyber investigations;o Excellent oral and written communication skills; 16o Must possess have a current, within four years, CI Polygraph from the FBI or an approved agency prior to report date;o Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
