Position Overview:
FAR Group is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executives.
The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
This is a full-time position based in Stafford, Virginia.
Responsibilities:
oManage and maintain executive's schedules, efficiently scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
oPrepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as requested by executives, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
oCoordinate meetings and events, including arranging catering and handling logistics to facilitate seamless execution.
oScreen phone calls and respond to emails on behalf of executives, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
oManage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate handling of all communications.
oConduct research on behalf of executives, providing relevant information and insights as requested.
oCreate presentations using PowerPoint or other presentation software, ensuring visually appealing and impactful deliverables.
oMaintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, representing the executives with professionalism.
oPerform general office duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks as needed.
oMaintain an organized electronic files and records management system for the executives' offices.
oPerform general office duties such as ordering supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors, fostering a welcoming environment.
Requirements:
oBachelor's degree preferred but not required, with relevant work experience considered.
oExperience in an Executive Assistant role supporting high-level executives.
oDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.
oExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
oProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce high-quality documents and presentations.
oStrong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective and professional interactions.
oAbility to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks.
oEffective prioritization skills, maintaining attention to detail while managing multiple responsibilities.
