Responsible for the overall operations of the Tasting room and staff.
Trains and enhance the staff's knowledge of PPW wines to be able to educate our guests, tell our story and gain and retain club members.
The position will rotate weekly through shifts as Manager on the Floor to ensure winery guest satisfaction.
The rotating MOF supervises all the FOH staff working in both the Bistro and Tasting room during the rotation.
Ability to open and close the facility weekly.
Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Operations and GM.
