We are currently seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our team.
This role involves managing administrave staff, overseeing office procedures, and ensuring that all staff have the resources they need to perform their roles effecvely.

FAR Group is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team.
The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient funconing of our office, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a producve work environment for our employees.
This full-me posion is based in Stafford, Virginia.
Responsibilies:
Manage and supervise administrave staff, providing guidance and support to ensure opmal performance.
Oversee office procedures, including implemenng and maintaining efficient filing systems and record-keeping processes.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures, fostering a culture of adherence throughout the office.
Maintain office equipment and supplies, coordinang procurement and vendor relaonships as necessary.
Manage relaonships with vendors, service providers, and the landlord, ensuring mely and sasfactory resoluon of any issues.
Assist with budget preparaon and control expenses within the allocated budget, ensuring cost- effecve office operaons.
Organize company events, meengs, and conferences, coordinang logiscs and ensuring smooth execuon.
Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members, including booking accommodaons and managing ineraries.
Ensure a safe working environment for employees by complying with health and safety regulaons and implemenng necessary measures.
Foster effecve communicaon within the office, promong a posive work atmosphere and addressing employee concerns as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administraon or a related field.
Experience in office management or a similar role, preferably in a government contracng environment.
Demonstrated experience managing administrave staff, providing leadership and guidance.
Excellent writen and verbal communicaon skills, with the ability to effecvely convey informaon to various stakeholders.
Strong understanding of office procedures, policies, and budgeng, along with proficiency in the Microso Office Suite.
Proven ability to manage mulple tasks simultaneously while maintaining atenon to detail and meeng deadlines.
Highly organized, efficient, proacve, and resourceful with exceponal interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a posive atude, demonstrang a track record of effecvely managing an office environment.
