Total Annual Income - Base Salary
Productivity-Based Bonus Structure - Malpractice Insurance w/ Tail Coverage - Health/Dental/Vision Insurance - CME Allowance - License/DEA Fees Paid - Paid Time Off - 401k w/ 6% Match LOCATION:
Stafford, Virginia COMPANY PROFILE:
This private practice opened in 2010, helmed by a Medical Director whos been serving the local community for 20
years.
They are a primary care medical office, with a strong focus on overall wellness, implementing holistic and functional medicine techniques into a traditional internal medicine model.
They currently employ 2 physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, and 1 physician assistant, who are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative personnel.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Serve as the first point of consultation for patients, addressing a range of symptoms and concerns involving overall health and well-being.
The practices services include, but are not limited to:
- comprehensive physicals - minor procedures - vaccinations - in-office testing - diabetic teaching and counseling - nutrition - family planning - exercise and obesity counseling - routine womens healthcare While the practice is a diverse organization, they are particularly well-known for their work in womens healthcare - 75% of their patients are women ages 24 to 65.
Providers see an average of 22 patients per day.
All visits are prepped and supported by a dedicated clinical assistant.
The practice uses the Amazing Charts EHR.
There are no on-call responsibilities.
The practice is able to hire the new physician directly into a full-time schedule, but can also accommodate a part-time to full-time option or permanent part-time arrangement.
