Sr. Management Consultant


Job Description:
As a Senior Management Consultant, you will work with our customer to define, implement, and continually improve enterprise level IT Services and Operations.
You will use your experiences in business process re-engineering, IT Service Operations and systems integration to support the government.
You will help identify and implement in business processes and service management operations, working across engineering teams and stakeholders.
Your abilities to conduct stakeholder interviews, elicit and define requirements, and to communicate complex technologies and processes will be key in supporting customer engagement efforts.
You will be responsible for supporting managing communications with federal system and application owners - helping to define, manage, and optimize operational budgets associated with shared service platforms.
You will work with the government and team members to identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for service delivery improvement and new technology implementation.
(CODIS) for the FBI.
This position is on-site with some remote support available.
Your strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and drive collaboration will be critical to your success.
You will need to adapt your approach based on customer relationships and organizational structures.
As a Senior Management Consultant, you have demonstrated leadership skills and an ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and priorities, maintaining focus among conflicting demands in order to meet project deadlines.
Your ability to apply a range of experiences and skills from multiple domains will support:
Responsibilities:
Creating high-level briefings and communications materials for customers, management, and executive stakeholders.
Possesses effective communication skills and capable to use a range of methods to conduct interviews, identify and present issues, and draft written reports of findings and recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of program deployments and operations.
Supporting system and process documentation requirements.
Conducting trade-off analyses on business and technical requirements.
Demonstrate the ability to quickly develop a working understanding of the applicable service technologies and operating systems.
Developing, implementing, and maintaining communications plans for programs and projects.
Designing and managing outreach programs to improve adoption of changes and increase support.
Development of newsletters, memos, announcements, publications, reports and other written and verbal communications to ensure timely and accurate communication with all project/program stakeholders, contractors, project team and managements.
Content management for website.
Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including presenting to senior executives, developing lasting relationships, delivering clear requests for information, and communicating potential conflicts.
Identifying and addressing client needs:
building strong relationships with clients; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks.
Creating, revising, and implementing communications material that delivers consistent key messages to target audiences through appropriate channels that are consistent with branding, messaging, and digital strategies.
As a team member, understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking and providing guidance, clarification and, feedback to less experienced staff.
General consultant support to include project management tasks, meeting facilitation, and ad hoc duties as needed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
